Refund policies are set by individual event organisers. Check the event page for the specific refund policy. BookSharpSharp facilitates but does not override organiser policies.

If an event is officially cancelled by the organiser, BookSharpSharp will process automatic refunds within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Your ticket is available under My Account → My Tickets. You can also download or screenshot it for offline access. The QR code is scanned at the door.

Ticket transfer functionality is coming soon. For now, contact the event organiser directly for manual transfer options.

Find an active voting event, select your category and contestant, choose your vote package, and complete payment. Votes are applied instantly and the leaderboard updates in real time.

Yes. Your vote is private. The public leaderboard shows vote counts per contestant but never reveals which user voted for whom.

Yes — you can purchase as many vote packages as you like. There is no per-account vote cap unless stated by the specific campaign.

Bundle packages give you more votes for a discounted rate. For example, a 50-vote bundle at ₦8,500 saves you ₦1,500 vs buying single votes.

Yes. BookSharpSharp uses tamper-proof transaction records. Every vote corresponds to a confirmed payment. Results are auditable by the organiser and BookSharpSharp's compliance team.

Register with the Vendor role and your shop dashboard becomes available immediately. Add your shop profile, services or products, and pricing from the dashboard — you get a 30-day free trial before any payment is needed.

No commission — BookSharpSharp runs on a flat monthly subscription (1, 3, 6, or 12-month plans available) and you keep 100% of what you sell or book.

Your shop stays listed for a short grace period after your plan ends so you have time to renew. After that it's unpublished (not deleted) until you pay again — everything comes right back.

Every shop gets a unique shareable link in the format BookSharpSharp.com/m/your-shop-name that you can share on social media, WhatsApp, or your website as your marketplace page.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Verve, bank transfer (via Paystack), USSD, and Apple Pay / Google Pay where supported. All payments are in Nigerian Naira (₦).

Yes. BookSharpSharp uses Paystack and Flutterwave for payment processing. We never store your full card details on our servers. All transactions are TLS 1.3 encrypted.

Go to My Account → Settings. A "Change Password" option is available in the security section.

Yes! BookSharpSharp is available globally. Events and vendors in other African countries are being added continuously. International card payments are supported.

Email privacy@BookSharpSharp.com with your account deletion request. We will process it within 5 business days. Note that purchased tickets remain valid even after account deletion.

Register as an Organiser, go to your Dashboard, and click "Create Event". Fill in event details, ticket tiers, and optionally add a voting campaign. Your event goes live immediately or as a draft.

Yes. You can create a normal ticketed event, a voting-only event, or combine both (e.g. a pageant with audience tickets AND online voting).

Use the Check-in / QR section in your dashboard. You can scan QR codes from your phone camera or manually search and mark attendees as present.

BookSharpSharp offers social media campaign boosts, email blasts to your subscriber list, homepage feature placement, and shareable event links with built-in referral tracking.

Yes. The Guest Lists section in your dashboard lets you add complimentary or VIP guests with custom access tiers and a plus-one count.
